Amazing support and hardware
Their support team through Discord is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or issues that arise. I've had two separate issues resolved in the matter of minutes thanks to their support team. The provided hardware for their Minecraft servers are fantastic. I haven't experienced any problems with performance or loss of data. If you can't host a server on your own hardware I would highly recommend using UltraServers.
