Reliable, good service
Customer service was excellent. After I provided the words for engraving, the customer service officer contacted me the next day to seek my choice of engraving positions. He showed the drafts before I confirmed them. Delivery was speedy and I received the watches after 3 days. They were well-packed and in good order. Thumbs up for reliable and excellent customer service.
