Casey is incredible - helped patiently answered all of my many questions - this was my first order of a Montecristi hat hence my many questions. Received the hat with the balsa box and it is everything advertised and more. Wow - this is what a straw hat is meant to be and the shipping (paid for expedited service) got to me in 3 days - from Ecuador to Texas. What's not to like. Casey and Freddy helped to expedite, even more, my shipment due to upcoming travels and my need for the sombrero. Now that I have been appropriately spoiled with the new Montecristi my cart already has another style of Montecristi placed in it and it will be purchased within the week. If you have any reservations concerning Panama Hats Direct I can assure you the process and quality plus customer service is some of the best I have experienced when ordering on-line (or in exclusive boutiques) in my life.
