Absolute scam - no app and breaches the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (c. 13) by refusing to refund within 14 days. Avoid at all costs. Multiple emails with “Lily” in customer service. Refuse to acknowledge the refund request and constantly states “app” (there is no app!!) isn’t faulty so no refund. Have reported them to Action Fraud.
