Delivered to the wrong address and…
Delivered to the wrong address and didn't take responsibility for it. I reached out to "customer service" and all they did is tell me the "driver team had been informed". No follow up email, just asked me to trust they would deliver on their promise. 2 days later I receive this email: "hi Could you please provide a picture of your doorstep so that we can verify the issue The address I saw in the system is：(my correct address) the address you gave me in the email is：(my correct address) They are same,So the driver didn't deliver to the wrong address." Days later I found my package at the WRONG address. Fortunately the other building saved it for me, but they DID deliver to the wrong address...
