When it arrived, a woman RAN up my driveway, and THREW the package of electronics at my glass storm door while still running, then ran away. Damaged the package and my door. I believe they have untrained monkeys working for them, “attempted to deliver goods on 8/7/26 at 3:08pm un successful, which i was confused about as i was on the premises until 6:00pm, item got sent back to head office which has now been sitting there for four days and not another attempt for delivery, contacting them is near impossible, crappy service.
They left the package at the end of the driveway, instead of putting it by the front door like UPS, Fedex and USPS to make it easy for anyone on the sidewalk to steal it.
God if this company could get zero stars it would. My delivery time has changed multiple times, and the guys was literally right outside my apartment complex and did not deliver either of my packages, pushing it off for a later time. This was frustrating enough, but i get my package and it’s OPENED and none of my stuff is in the box. The driver had to of stole it, because they weren’t small items that could just slip out of the giant hole in the box. It was a backpack and a large box of squishy toys for my autistic brother, so thanks for that he’s screaming now. I’m about ready to sue this company.
This delivery service is not to be trusted. Instead of the driver putting my package in the office or the Lux area, it was put in the wrong building with pic proof of it on the floor. The driver initially didn’t provide a pic until later in the evening although the timestamp of delivery was in the morning. I’m pissed and disgusted at the laziness of Yahwen delivery people! The online customer service contact is not accessible and is a scam!
I didn’t receive my package but the notification says it was delivered and a picture was not taken to confirm location of delivery. I will not purchase from Temu or any business that uses this scam delivery service.
The absolute worst! The customer service is nob-existent. The only way to "contact" is an email address and they just ignore everything. Their delivery drivers blatantly LIE and refuse to deliver. If someone doesn't pay you enough to deliver, don't take the job! But no, they just claim that package was REJECTED(it wasn't) or that my address is a MILITARY address(it isn't), and take the packages "back to the warehouse." No further attempts are made to deliver and packages just disappear after that. LIARS and CHEATS. I actually blocked YANWEN as delivery provider but some sellers ignore that and still use them. Cheap, I guess. Cheap and useless.

My husband ordered a hoodie for our daughter that was supposedly delivered March 6th. They took a picture of the open mailbox with a package in it. No said package was found in the mailbox and that is within 20 minutes of checking. My husband contacted the seller and let them know that it was never actually delivered to us and he apologized and said he would resend it. Today, we got an alert that the package was delivered. Guess what? No package.
Items sold thru Walmart but cannot be returned to Walmart. Items are priced low and the quality is appropriate to that price. Shipping is longer than almost any regional distributor. So if you order be prep;ared to like it because its yours forever.
My package has been with the driver since 3/21 with no updated tracking information. We are experiencing unprecedented hot temperatures for this time of year, so I'm sure my products are ruined. The person who runs the store where my post office box is told me that some companies are using low budget couriers like Yanwen unfortunately.
Yanwen suport fake tracking, that is the bigges issue with that company. Their website updates a package movement that is not real. Often the last tracking is package leaving the country to destination country. I had much problem with Yanwen. 4 of 5 medium size packages each value 40 USD has been "lost in shipping" and never arrived to my country (Norway). Never a problem with 25 years of packages from China and other places with other carriers.
If I could give 0 I would, I can’t exaggerate enough to NOT order from here. Claims there’s been delivery attempts on the tracking however CCTV on the address CLEARLY shows nobody even came near the property never mind trying to deliver anything. Took the package back to their depot and not heard anything. Absoloute scam if you fancy throwing your money straight in the bin then go for it however I won’t be going near this place again.
I’ve been waiting for the package for almost 1-1/2 months. Said it was delivered to the front door. Checked with all my neighbors who said they don’t have this package! What!!!! Where did it go??? I’ll make sure next that nothing is bought from yanwen!
Awful company with no support or anyone real to talk to. They failed to deliver the first time and after I contacted them multiple times through their website chat & email about how to deliver, they never attempted to call or resolve the issue and sent the package back to China. I've had other shipment companies text or call if they had trouble but they made no attempt.
The tracking was horrible. Whenever I refreshed the page it would say my tracking number didn't exist. Was out for delivery for 5 days and then it said it was delivered 2 days before. I contacted them and they delivered it to a completely different building. They didn't put it in my mailbox or at the office. They left it on a random ledge somewhere. Told me to contact police. The police aren't going to come out for a 10 dollar package. I assume they just stole it from me. Oh, by the way I had ordered the package on 26th of December and only today on the 26th of January did they deny helping me get my package. Lead me on for a month. Very unprofessional.
