The package arrived late. It was marked "Out for Delivery" then never updated again for multiple days. When it arrived, a woman RAN up my driveway, and THREW the package of electronics at my glass storm door while still running, then ran away. Damaged the package and my door. I recorded it on video from my doorbell camera. This woman basically shot-put my package into my glass door.
I didn't authorize a second shipment. Their refund policy is you have to cancel more than 48 hours before it ships. They didn't notify me they'd be billing me or sending me the shipment until about 30 hours before it was due to arrive. Customer support is non existent. They won't respond to anything. There's no phone number listed. I never authorized this shipment. There's no way to cancel it. When I signed up I agreed to one shipment. Now it's locked me into a subscription that has no way to cancel without contacting customer support, which will not respond and has no phone number. Their entire business model is built around trapping you and making it impossible to cancel.
