Horrible service
Buy ticket from this agent if you can take your own risk. Their customer support is horrible if you have any support you need with flight ticket. I have flight schedule disappeared from original flight time. I had no other option but have to buy new ticket as there was no other flight schedule to choose from later than my original flight timing. I dont have a problem with flight schedule change or I have to buy new ticket . They informed that I can choose to ask refund or change new flight time . I have asked for refund and they have processed my refund. After that replied me with invalid reasons, said that I used the ticket and asked me to get evidence from airline . After serveral time I communicated with the airline and have showed the proof that I did not use the ticket , they informed that flight schedule did not change. There are many agents will handle your problem case and you will be receiving inconsistent information. And your problem case goes nowhere and stuck. They will ask to contact airline and airline will ask to contact agent . It will be dead-end and your issue will get stuck . This is the first time ever experience I have to write bad review in my life.
