Update: Harlembling, while an initially frustrating experience with a return, they did right their wrong. I am glad they did as they do have what are probably some of the best quality chains. Their customer support has long ways to go but I believe in second chances and if i am giving it to them. Would buy again from them in the future. Hope they do sort their communications out though.
