Bought a chain that cost over $5k - less than 1 month later, 5 stones have fallen out after very little wear - I babied this chain, barely worn it in the month after getting it, and their response was to refund me $300 and promised to send replacement stones - almost 3 months later and now they will not respond to my emails, they have never sent the replacement stones, and I could not possibly be more disappointed. Totally shocked, as I've made multiple purchases from them and never had any issues. Buyer beware 1000%

I ordered several items from Harlem Bling, and my credit card was charged immediately. However, I never received an order confirmation email or a tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to get help, but I haven’t received a response from anyone. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for an order with no communication or support. Based on my experience, the customer service has been terrible, and I cannot recommend ordering from this company until they improve how they handle customer issues.

I've been purchasing jewelry from Harlem Bling for a few years now and the quality is unmatched, same as the prices. The only moisanite rings I've ever been able to purchase without worrying about losing stones. One ring is 4 years strong without losing a single stone. The sterling silver chains are top quality, my best chains are from here. I had a issue recently for the first time and the customer service team handled it right away and paid for the return shipping. Got my replacement within a week, overseas! Couldn't recommend this place enough, my go to spot every time I'm trying to splurge on a new piece.

Ordered a chain and charm. Chain is holding up nicely. Charm was a yellow diamond cross. After 3 weeks the yellow diamonds turned clear. Tried to talk to someone and could get no help. ONLY THEIR STAINLESS STEEL IS GOOD & terrible customer service
Have bought over 10 pieces from here and I don't go anywhere for the simple fact that they provide the best value AND quality for the price but I have now come to realise that ONLY THEIR STAINLESS STEEL PIECES DON'T TARNISH- DO NOT BUY STERLING SILVER WITH GOLD VERMEIL PLATING AS IT WILL TARNISH WITHIN 2 MONTHS. Yes their prices have gone up slightly, yes it's expensive shipping ordering from the UK (used to be $25, now it's £37), yes sometimes they forget to send the moissanite GRA certificate, but all in all I used to be happy with them. I've got stainless steel bracelets, chains, rings for myself, my dad, my wife, and all of it has been going strong since 2022 with no signs of tarnish: and these are daily wear - don't even take it off in the shower.
The major downside I would say which is quite frustrating is that their customer service is atrocious: I ordered a moissanite piece in December 2025, and it was delivered without the GRA certificate. I contacted them right away in December, and have not had a response. They responded saying they will send one, with no apologies or anything, and STILL DID NOT SEND IT. I have been sending follow-up emails ever since, and have had no response now until yesterday when I had to use their new AI chatbot to reach out to customer service. Because of this inconvenience, I should be compensated with a small complimentary item atleast.
*UPDATE* They have continued to ignore me. At this point I'm ordering from a UK company instead called Crafted London, as they do the same thing Harlem bling does, but without needing to pay an extortionate shipping fee that costs more than the product.
*UPDATE 2.0* I have reported a ring that has been marketed as "will never tarnish" to them that it has tarnished, and their response is- HARLEMBLING: "Anything plated can fade over time. It's just the nature of the metal. It doesn't matter where you purchase it from. These pieces are of course designed to last as long as possible with minimal effort in maintenance. The plating process we use is the top quality standard in the industry. Proper care and cleaning will ensure the longest life of your piece. Prevent exposure to the elements wherever possible as well. Replating jewelry at just about any jeweler is easy and inexpensive."

This company is nightmare as evidenced by any research you do online.
I placed an order online, and then tried to cancel it because I realized I'd made a mistake on the item. First of all, there's no telephone number which says a lot. Emails one after the other were ignored. It is impossible to contact these people.
The item was shipped two months later. They said that I could return it, and then change their mind after I shipped it.
They kept both my money in the item for a long time. No response from repeated request.
Finally, I was able to get the credit card company to reverse the charges.

Harlem Bling will rip you off
If zero stars was an option I would leave zero stars. I hate leaving negative feedback for companies because I know it affects business but this is warranted and I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by these HarlemBling crooks. I ordered a watch in December 2025 and they sent the wrong watch. I returned the watch and they sent the same wrong watch again. I sent that watch back also and by now the watch I ordered was out of stock so they said they would refund me. I got a refund email confirmation and a refund cancelation email right after so I asked about it and they didn't say anything but sent another refund confirmation email. It has been over a month since they were supposed to refund me and I have not been refunded so I have no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card. Also if you're wondering why this has been going on since December it is because Harlem Bling does not respond to most of my emails and when they so it takes weeks and they don't have a contact phone number.

The guy is a real life scam artist, ask me to remove my review and he would handle the problem, not only that I only had an hour to do so or I was removed as a customer. So I did and he removed me as a customer anyway so I couldn’t make another review on his site. So I can see how his reviews are sweet looking by this should be illegal strategy. My jewelry never arrived they said it was my problem to handle shipping even though they are the shipper. Wreckless company, incompetent company because of the owner. I’m gonna be on YouTube about this he’s on every other ad on YouTube and the people sponsor him is wild behavior or it might be because they don’t know what he does to some of his customers.
