I learned of the Medicare Family from Sylvia’s instagram page, started following her, purchased the book and followed up with a phone call. Talked to Alicia Williams, she was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and we have a follow up appointment scheduled. She made the conversation extremely beneficial and was a joy to learn from her. Look forward to future medicare support and guidance when I get ready to retire!
