Booked by error an hotel (wrong date) Realized it right away Called the hotel (f16 geneva) and wrote them, they say they cant cancel anything and i have to pass by the platform. The platform say the hotel is the one making the decision. In the end Im stuck with the booking, and these two entity make money out of me. Never use any of them
