Only because I can't give them less than 1 star. Dinnerly automatically enrolls users into a subscription without obtaining clear consent to place an order. They have deceptive business practices by requiring a credit card before allowing users to view their weekly meal options. Despite not proceeding with the order, the system still processed it without my authorization. After being left on hold forever I finally reached someone, I belive the name i was given is Teresa to request a cancellation. At that point, I was told there was nothing they could do theyd already started packing the box. As a result, I was charged the full amount without my express permission. I made a dispute with my bank and eventually given a refund which a month later dinnerlys bank has rejected and the money again taken from my account. This company is horrible. Their food is as well.
