CS "Caren" is very good (this title will changed if my refund its not reflected)
Customer Services "Caren" is very helpful for helping me settling problems regarding my last purchase which was stopped by "restock" for the last 3 days PS: 2 times i asked today after they said the refund would take 7-14 days to reflect on my account but today its already been 13 days in and i haven't see my refund updated on my bank account , that 2 times i asked they quickly ended the chat without even as much as "Hey im sorry its taking this long"
