My experience with Custom Made has been incredible. From the first enquiry, Emily made the process seamless and provided so much support. When I put the project on hold for 6 months due to the purchase of my house, Emily was supportive and let me know I can pick it back up whenever I am ready! The communication was amazing, and very prompt - I never felt as if I didn’t know what stage my project was at. For the initial enquiry, I provided a few images and detailed my favourite parts of them, and advised my budget. Emily worked hard to ensure we could create my partner’s dream ring within the necessary budget without needing to sacrifice any details! The quote I received was very reasonable, I thought it might be too good to be true; regardless, I stuck with Custom Made and have come out with the most incredible Sapphire engagement ring for my partner. As I am in the UK, I had to pay customs charges on my parcel (as I was advised prior), but even with 22.5% added on (July 2025 charge) the total cost was a fraction of what I would have paid for something similar at both local and online jewellers! Delivery was seamless, the ring was ready 3 weeks early, and was shipped US to UK in 2 business days. I have never seen a more detailed or stunning ring than what I have received from Custom Made. You can tell a lot of work has gone in to making it, and the attention to detail is incredible.
