So happy I found Cerebral
I had tried other online mental health services in the past with mixed results, and decided to try cerebral after not finding the right match on the previous service I used. I've been so happy with the therapist I got matched with on cerebral. She's kind, really listens, and has been very helpful with helping me with my anxiety and ADD. There's no subscription fee, and you just pay per visit, which I really prefer as my schedule can vary. I felt like the profiles for the therapists were very helpful in choosing someone, and also like the app design for keeping track of my progress.
