Still no refund
Bought a 15 Ultra bundle with a vacuum. Vacuum came damaged so sent back and never got it back, Xiaomi got the postcode wrong twice so I went to ask for a refund. 12 days later still no money has been sent back to me, I am going through PayPal as well just in case, going on holiday soon and will have the extra stress of not getting the money back. Purchase of the product was in May btw and we are now almost in August. If it wasn't for the competition offering subpar camera hardware Vs Chinese ultra phone I wouldn't have bought it. My next phone will likely be a Vivo or Oppo imported from China as this rate as Xiaomi customer support outside of china is useless anyways!
