Not a good experience for me!! I ordered a sale dress and acknowledge it was nonrefundable but they mailed it stuffed in a very small bag and it arrived very, very wrinkled and it has some appliqués that are sticking up and won’t lay flat due to the way it was all folded up. The dress should not be dry cleaned or washed so I can’t repair that - basically, it is damaged! Also, I wear a size 2 and thought this dress labeled size 6 would be big but I sew so I knew I Could easily take it in. Well, it is about 3 inches too small in the bust. The dress says the bust size is 34.5 and I measure under that with my bra and a mid-weight shirt on - so this dress is labeled wrong and that’s why it had not sold and they put it on sale! When I contacted them they said I acknowledged it was nonrefundable - I did but I thought I was getting a size 6!!!! They can put that dress on any 34 in busted woman and they will not be able to zip it up!!! And beware — their response on the crumpled appliqués was that their sale dresses could have imperfections not shown in the pictures - so basically sale means damaged!!! Never again
