Order number #CAP46214 Samsung S25 Ultra I gave it 4 stars; they need to improve their communication service and their process. The Phone is legit and pristine. I have been using it for 5 days now, and there have been no issues. The only issue is their process. When you purchase it take about 1 to 2 days for them to email you and ask for verification, like providing ID and the last 4 digits of the card used. Which I find weird and inconvenient. After you send the verification, it takes 1 to 2 days to get a response with approval. After two days, you get a response that I was verified, and you wait for another 1 to 2 days for them to ship out your order. After two days, they will send you a tracking number from LBC, and LBC tracking takes days to update the tracking. I would say that the experience was breathtaking and worrying. Their website does not provide much information about your order; for customer service, you'll have to email back and forth. They need to improve their process and customer service. Would I order again? I think this will be the first and last. Would you order? I would say give it a shot. They seem to be legit, and the phone is okay looks brand new, with no scratches.
