Paycom
Paycom's system works and it works well. It does take a little time to set it up, but once it is set up, it works flawlessly. Paycom is one of the few HCM companies out there that actually provides clients with a dedicated support specialist. The software was built by Paycom and is a single proprietary platform unlike other HCM providers. While the cost of Paycom may be a little more than other HCM providers, the extra money is worth having the piece of mind.
