Wrong stone delivered twice
Twice you sent me a jewel that didn't match the original description. If you disclose that you send something approximately the same as the jewel ordered than I missed it. I had to reorder and then this was still a slightly different stone than I ordered. What is the point of describing it so specifically to simply send a similar stone.
