Lack Of Customer Service
Would give it one star if possible. An item I ordered did not fit so I followed the return policy and shipped it back over a month ago and still have not received a refund and customer service will not respond to my multiple emails I have sent. I now have to go through my bank and file a dispute because they have my returned product but will not issue a refund or respond to my emails.
