I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with LinenStylish. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on their website, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. The material felt cheap, the fit was completely off, and it looked nothing like the photos online. I reached out to their customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution, but instead, I was offered an insulting $10 refund on an $84 purchase. When I pushed back, they only increased it slightly and refused to take accountability for the misleading product. They also made it clear that returning the item would be at my own cost, including potential customs duties, which felt like a tactic to discourage returns altogether. I would not recommend shopping here. Poor quality, misleading advertising, and unhelpful customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
