I had to cancel my flight due to health reasons . Very happy I had purchased that additional protection when I bought my tickets . The service executive Ryan Bosch was very helpful and patient as I know I was frustrated trying to maneuver through all the details . Thank you again Ryan for helping me and being so understanding.
