Fantastic Customer Experience - I bought a theme for my WP website, and not being a developer, didn't even think to look at versions. Prior to downloading, I found a note "confirm version" and sure enough I was on too new of a version for the theme I purchased. I asked them to cancel the order while I found one that worked, and they did right away! Thats a great experience.
