I bought my bluetti ac180 for a camping trip i and needed solar power.I barely used the unit and found that the dc input did not work . I contacted bluetti through various ways facebook,email etc.the support squad assured me they would help so i could use my ac180 on my trip.due to the slow response by support i could not use my ac180 on my trip and feel i wasted £500. I still dont have the unit repaired even though i have provided the details requested for repair. I have lost faith in bluetti ,they seem happy to sell and push new products but contacting tech support is long winded.
