Terrible Experience We ordered a cake from Cakes & Bakes for 14th August, but it was a huge disappointment. The cake had no taste, no freshness, and was simply unpleasant to eat. When we went back to the bakery to show them the cake and request a refund, their manager refused to even check it and declined to return our money. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I would strongly advise against ordering cakes from Cakes & Bakes.
