give me my refund compasia!
Ordered an iphone 13 and i waited 1-3 business days and the status was unchanged. I started to worry so i contacted customer service.Needless to say, i was flabbergasted by the incompetence and how slow they are at replying to issues.I had to wait a whole day for a reply on WhatsApp then my email that i sent was replied out of customer service hours. To add on, i was only informed that the phone was out of stock after asking??? so if i did not contact them imagine how long it would have taken for them to ship out my order. Immediately asked for a refund and now has been three days yet still no refund given. Give me my money back compasia!! update: i got my refund after a week after i issued it then i had to wait another week to actually receive it
