Clothes are too small but service is friendly
Deceptive sizes but friendly service. After following the size guide and waiting a month for my order to arrive, I could barely get the clothes on. After contacting customer service, I was told “ Kindly reminder, sizing runs small by two sizes”. Where is that ever mentioned on the website? I paid an additional $25 to have larger items shipped and only 1 of the 3 new items will fit me. I’m not that tall but maybe sizing is done different there. I do appreciate the friendly customer service though.
