I have been a customer for over three years. I have paid my bill 2 to 3 months in advance. Today I got charged an extra 125 dollars than my regular rent. I was in the hospital with very bad medical problems. I can’t believe they would charge a guy so much extra. I wasn’t in the province of Ab. I have given my notice. I will never deal with these guys ever again. I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone to rent from.
