Horrible
Horrible, days to get confirmation for the ticket. Couldn't change or get reimbursed. Absolutely unacceptable. The wesbite looks like an MVP. This is horrible. If you have an issue you get "transferred to an agent" "You are currently number 1 in the queue" I've been number 1 in queue for 24 hours. Absolutely appalling. This website has a SG domain. It is the antithesis of Singapore. This is probably the worse thing that has ever come out of Singapore. In fact this is probably not a legit SG business. AVOID AT ALL COST.
