Necklace broke after wearing less than 10 times! Asked about options and was offered the opportunity to repair it for $40. Not a great quality product even though it looks nice. AND then they give me a reply which I have already been through that game! 14 days - seriously? I wore it once in the first two weeks. It was not meant to be an every day necklace! POOR QUALITY product and lipservice customer support! DO NOT BUY
