If there was option for negative reviews I would leave one. Customer service is terrible. No one helps and make you wait for hours or even days. Absolutely unacceptable. They came to install and left without any instruction. There is nothing online. No directions in the packaging (that I had to pull out of the garbage). They leave you in the dark like your supposed to know how to use everything
