Customer service unhelpful
The AC180 itself was a good product, however when the DC output socket came loose in the housing (I understand that occassionally these things do happen) and I sent my item back for replacement, it all went wrong. Customer service are seemingly unlinked to their warehouse and I keep just being told to be patient and that it's "with the warehouse". Customer service don't actually have a number I can call. They will not give me a delivery date or confirm sending. I am going away imminently and have lost all hope that my replacement will arrive in time for my trip. VERY dissappointed.
