I am staying away from them. I have previously given them a higher review but that’s because I was only a couple of weeks in and they would ask you to give them a good review in the midst of them helping you. After the review everything changed, my orders will be pending for a week with no update whatsoever and TikTok will automatically cancel the order. Even though I would tell them the orders have been cancelled by TikTok therefore it should be cancelled immediately on their side, but no they will send it out anyway and tell you there’s nothing they can do since it’s shipped even though the order was pending when I informed them. And you get no refund. I’ve lost money with CJdropshipping, orders will take two weeks before they are shipped. I have orders from the 1/08 that are only being processed now. I’m very disappointed in their services although I like the variety of their products but having to wake up at 3 in the morning to interact with customer service with no help. But they’re not worth the stress and the headaches.
