Should've done more research to find out that this is just the same junk sold on ebay and other sketchy sites. UPDATE I have changed my review from one to three stars. My above statement still stands. The customer service was good. They replied to my request to return the items and to this review. They asked what was wrong with the products, and I told them that the purses I bought are not authentic and are sold on other drop-shipping sites. They said that the "style is the same but the quality is higher", the purses are handmade, and "you get what you pay for". I'm still not sure what to make of that comment. They offered to give me a 30% refund rather than allow me to return the items. I knew it would be a headache to go through the return process with them, as they still hadn't provided the return address, so I accepted the 30% refund and kept the items. They asked that "In light of this gesture, we sincerely hope you can remove the review first, is it okay?". I said no. So, I have the disappointing items, now for 30% off. The reason for the increased rating is the responsive customer service. Although, some of the responses were scammy and weird.
