If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I purchased the subscription on 7/14/26 with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not satisfied? Full refund. Zero risk. Since today is within the 30-day window, I cannot get the app to work and I have not used their service, I am entitled to a full refund. I was able to execute the cancellation, however there is nowhere on the site to select to get a refund. And their policy says they give no refunds! I'll be calling consumer fraud in the morning. Save yourself the aggravation!
