If possible I would give no stars at all. I looked for a way to cancel my free trial and couldn’t find any clear way to do this. I sent a message through their “contact us” side of things which was conveniently tucked away inside their affiliate program section no one has responded to date! they have been charging me nearly £50 even month for a platform I couldn’t use while my account still says I’m on a free trial by the way. Their AI thing is not as intuitive as it advertised AT ALL. I then proceeded to block the card payment through my bank and they are sending me reminders that my payment for the month failed! What kind of wickedness is this???? Please if anyone knows how to get this cancelled please share on hear I’ll be checking here from time to time! @design.ai Thanks for responding but I already sent a message to that email and it keeps bouncing back!
