Unprofessional & Untrusty
I rented (and returned) a car on 17 July. At the time of return, the time stamp showed it was one hour late. After the trip had completed for 18 days, on 4 August, the platform suddenly sent me a message saying that I was fined $25 for the 1-hour late return + $1 for their processing fee, and immediately deducted $26 from my bank account. Fine after the trip for such a long time is irresponsible. It was an unhappy experience. I would Not recommend this company for car rental.
