Waited 7 business days already, yet to received
I ordered an iphone 13pro and i waited 7 business days and the status was unchanged. I started to worry so i contacted customer service. They are incompetence and very slow at replying to issues. Until now, there are still no mention on when will the item be deliver. Where is my phone ? If no response still, im will file a complain to KPDNHEP (Malaysia Consumer Complaint)
