Banned Without Proof & Withholding My Funds
I sold an account on ZeusX and delivered it fully to the buyer. Later, my account was suddenly banned with the accusation that I “recovered” the account — which is completely false. I was never shown any real proof to support this claim, and during the ban they also withheld my balance. This is effectively holding my money without a valid reason. I have contacted support multiple times, explained the situation, and provided my side of the story, but they refuse to listen or show transparent evidence. A marketplace should protect both buyers AND sellers. In my experience, ZeusX failed to do this, and instead took my funds while offering no fair resolution. I’m sharing my story so other sellers are aware of the risk of losing both their account and their earnings.
