Pants ok, exchange/return process is a nightmare
The pants were ok, not made the greatest however. My sister put on her pair and they ripped all the way up the side. If you have to return or exchange, the process is a nightmare. I have been emailing with the company back and forth for almost a month to get my order right. If you need to exchange, they make you pay a fee for I don't even know what. To exchange 9 pairs of pants, they wanted me to pay $110, which is absolutely absurd. And to return anything, there are multiple cumbersome hoops you have to jump through, along with paying for shipping, a custom fee, and getting the package insured. The company was good at communicating, however they did ignore my questions and did not address the issues I was having. If you order from here, just make sure you won't have to return or exchange anything.
