Purchased FC26 refunded and the Account has no game right now
I've purchased FC26 standard edition on g2g from a seller HelenWong. After that, I linked it to an EA account I created. After that, EA account got banned. I reached out to EA and they said it violated the user agreement and the ban will be permanent. This means I can't play the game I bought because linking it to an EA account was mandatory. And its got banned. After, I reached out to the seller and they were never helpful. I reached out to G2G and I sent them what they want, screenshots, videos, and every possible proof. They made me wait more than a week and always repeated the same thing. They even asked me for the proof I sent. They were not helpful. What happened after that is, I once more reached out to EA and this time they removed my ban but once I logged in to my steam account after that, The game was refunded to the seller. So the Steam account I received with FC26, was a gift from a friend on the account I received. This was the method they were using. And when I logged in to the steam account, the account had an alert saying "Your recent gift received from your friend "vddwyf" has been successfully refunded. The games associated with this gift will not be playable, and you may safely delete any local content associated with this gift. You should check with your friend if this refund was unexpected.". So, the account I bought has no game anymore. So I tried many times, but the help center is trying to avoid me sending the same email repeatedly. I gave all the proofs. I just want my money back. After 2 weeks, they refunded my money.
