The bus ride went smoothly and on time But the store owner at the ROCKLEDGE Departure location refuses to allow waiting Greyhound passengers to use bathroom facilities, refuses to have Greyhound customers remain inside store when EXTREME Hot weather conditions exists outside!..Refuses to have any seating areas for Greyhound passengers, Keeps the coffee machine not working on purpose, and always seem to make sure that Greyhound passengers feel unwelcomed..and is totally RUDE..This Store Owner should be BANNED from doing ANY Business with GREYHOUND(INCIDENT: on one EXTREME HOT DAY, I was not allowed to stay inside the store..I let him know I had high blood pressure and was beginning to feel faint by being outside..Instead of allowing me to remain inside store to regain some comfort..He threatened AND did call the police to escort me out..when the police came and I explained what was happening to me, they helped me get water and calm me down..Since they couldn't go against that store owner's right to refuse any person to remain inside store, I had to go with them outside..THEY WERE THE ONES that offered me comfort, not the store owner..THEY were the ones that provided water for me..and not the store owner...And I thanked them so much for doing so..Thank God, the bus arrived finally.........
