Absolutely horrible experience!
This company damaged a custom made desk either in storage or during delivery, breaking off a leg and scraping the wood surface. Repair cost almost $800. The movers dropped a dresser down my basement steps in front of my eyes, and it was damaged beyond repair. They also damaged my walls and stairs, and sent insufficient staff with insufficient space in their truck for my belongings. As a result, I had to enlist friends to move many of the items that I listed for pickup/storage on their website to a friend’s garage. Terrible experience, never again!
