Don’t Use Lion Group Airlines (Batik Air, Lion Air, Super Jet) I had a very bad experience with Lion Group airlines. A weeks ago, my flights were delayed four times in one day. Because of that, I missed my flight to Japan. I tried to complain at the airport, but the batik air staff said, “It’s not our responsibility, contact the airline.” When I contacted the airline, they said, “It’s not our responsibility, talk to the airport staff.” No one wanted to help me. Now I understand why Lion Group is known as one of the worst airlines. I really hope they stop operating. If you want a better experience, I suggest flying with Citilink or Garuda Indonesia. The price is not much different, but the service is much better.
