I ordered a towel bar for a client project and accidentally ordered the wrong valves. After reaching out to customer service, Josh got back to me right away to let me know that he had already ordered them and they would be shipping same day. I received them a few days later without delays to my project. So grateful to Josh and his amazing customer service!
