I have not received my order YET. The ordering process was a nightmare. I ordered a 140.00 dress on 4/30.. Had a 25.00 discount code which was declined when I entered it. Whatever. I went ahead and paid full price. 170.00 with shipping etc. It was immediately processed through my bank and 24 hours later...? No order confirmation from them. Called and asked what is going on. Finally got an order number from them. Paid for expedited shipping. 5 to 7 days I was told today and it has not been shipped. Very concerned about how they run this biz and am now extremely worried about quality. We will see if this is actually 100% linen. I was in fashion industry fot decades so I will know. UPDATE: It is now 5/4. Received an email from BP Customer service this morning that the item is not in stock. Why on earth would they process it without having inventory? That's pretty outrageous. The email claimed that " they can only guess that so many people placed an order for the exact item in the exact same color and size at exactly the same time that it confused their system". What? Are you kidding me? There has been exactly 1 review written about this item since 4/29 when I ordered it. Lol. This is getting weird... UPDATE 5/5/26: Now thr dress is not available until 6/22/2026. It was on backorder when I placed my order. They told me today that there was a Small left. I said awesome. I would prefer the small. The person I was emailing with made it sound as though I need to place a brand new order and pay for it AGAIN. They have 170.00 of my money. This is the most messed up company ever. I highly recommend you not bother ordering from them. This was my first ever order with them. Never again. UPDATE 5/1026: Received my full refund. What an excruciating experience. Really bummed because its EXACTLY the dress I was looking for. Googling the details of this specific dress and nothing that pops up compares to the design, style, fabric they were offering. Heartbroken...
