Im not one for reviews or complaints but I have to say on this occasion. Received my order for my Mums Mother of the Bride outfit. It arrived squashed and screwed up in a bag that is too small. Ive took it out and it looks like ive pulled it out of a bin. This is a £170 outfit for a Wedding...it should arrived hanging on a hanger in a long polythene bag. Instead it looks like a cheap order from Shein. Your are a company that provides for outfits for important events that mean something to people. So at least put the effort into to making their outfit look suited to that. The way this outfit has arrived makes me feel like im being ripped off for the price it has cost as there is obviously no care put into its worth. Pretty disgusted really. Bad service JJ House you need to step up.
