Superb guidance & support
Superb guidance & support during the design process. Excellent advice that always turned out to be correct. The hat was as as promised, delivered when promised. Superb hat, perfect fit. I opted for an unstiffened hat which I love. Earlier I bought a standard hat (stiffened) which was excellent as well.
